Oats smoothie

1/2 cup rolled Oats

1 Apple sliced

2 spoon cocoa powder

2 dates

1.5 cup milk

Recipe : Mix oats with half cup milk in a bowl and soak for at least 1 hour.  Now add oats and other ingredients in a grinder. Blend until smooth. Your chocolaty healthy oats smoothie is ready for breakfast.
